Erik Steinbrecher is presenting works from his work series NEW PAINTINGS (2013) and FIX & FERTIG (2011-2013): His NEW PAINTINGS consist of mostly white items, geometrical pieces and chassis that are 'painted' with artificial, coloured light. FIX & FERTIG,
in turn, is based on a performance, a reading of texts in a room without light in which artworks were shown as well.
The current exhibition combines a selection of those pieces as well as later works - such as SCHWARZES LOCH or SCHWARZES SCHWARZES LICHT.
